Bob Schultz

I grew up in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and became a competitive tennis player and sailor. After attending UW Madison I moved to the Chicago area and met my wife, Anne, and moved to her hometown of Hinsdale. I spent over sixteen years working in the residential mortgage industry where I was involved in over 400 purchase transactions including vacant land, new construction, second homes and investment properties and this led to my interest in real estate. In 2007 I had the honor of being elected to the Hinsdale Village Board as Trustees where I built strong relationships and became familiar with local zoning issues. Shortly after, I got my real estate license and began my home renovation and new construction business. As a builder and realtor with strong mortgage lending background, I bring unique expertise in finding the right home for buyers to renovate and the best properties in the area on which to build.
